The balance must be received 7 days before the date of the chosen activity (please send us the booking form by email or post).<\/p><h2>How do I cancel a registration?<\/h2><p>If you have paid a deposit or the full price of the activity and you decide to cancel your booking, you must do so 7 days before the date on which you are due to take part in the activity (by post or e-mail). In this case, the deposit will be refunded.<\/p><p><strong>If this period (of 7 days) is not respected, the deposit (50%) will not be returned.<\/strong><\/p><p>If we are obliged to cancel a service for safety reasons, then the <strong>you will be reimbursed for the full cost of the service<\/strong> (without compensation).<\/p><h2>Safety rules :<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Obligation to know how to swim<\/strong> for all participants wishing to take part in aquatic activities;<\/li><li><strong>Parental authorisation<\/strong> <strong>mandatory<\/strong> for minors under the age of 18 wishing to take part in the activities. Each guide in the canyoning guides' office reserves the right to decide on the minimum age for minors to take part in the activities;<\/li><li><strong>No medical contraindications<\/strong> or, if this is minimal, inform the guide;<\/li><li><strong>Compliance with safety instructions<\/strong> and the necessary equipment (<strong>sports shoes<\/strong>);<\/li><li><strong>The guide alone is responsible for initiating, continuing or stopping the activity.<\/strong>. Le solde devra nous parvenir 7 jours avant la date de l\u2019activit\u00e9 choisie (nous transmettre le bon de prestation par email ou par courrier postal).<\/p><h2>Comment annuler une inscription ?<\/h2><p>Vous avez vers\u00e9 des arrhes ou pay\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la prestation, si vous d\u00e9cidez d\u2019annuler une l\u2019inscription : cela doit se faire 7 jours avant la date de participation \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 (par courrier postal ou e-mail), dans ce cas les arrhes vous seront rembours\u00e9s.<\/p><p><strong>Si ce d\u00e9lai (de 7 jours n\u2019est pas respect\u00e9) alors les arrhes (50%) ne vous seront pas restitu\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p><p>Si nous sommes oblig\u00e9s d\u2019annuler une prestation pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, alors la <strong>totalit\u00e9 de la prestation vous sera rembours\u00e9e<\/strong> (sans indemnit\u00e9 compensatrice).<\/p><h2>R\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Obligation de savoir nager<\/strong> pour tous les participants souhaitant pratiquer les activit\u00e9s aquatiques;<\/li><li><strong>Autorisation parentale<\/strong> <strong>obligatoire<\/strong> pour les mineurs \u00e2g\u00e9s de moins 18 ans acquis d\u00e9sirant pratiquer les activit\u00e9s. Chaque guide au sein du bureau des guides de canyon se r\u00e9serve le droit de d\u00e9cider de l\u2019age minimum des mineurs pour participer aux activit\u00e9s;<\/li><li><strong>Ne pas presenter de contre indication m\u00e9dicale<\/strong> ou, dans le cas ou celle-ci soit minime, en avertir le guide;<\/li><li><strong>Respect des consignes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> prodigu\u00e9es par le guide ainsi que des \u00e9quipements n\u00e9cessaires (<strong>chaussures de sport<\/strong>);<\/li><li><strong>Seul le guide est responsable d'initier, poursuivre ou arr\u00eater l'activit\u00e9<\/strong>.
