How can I take part?
Anyone wishing to take part in the activities on offer: canyoning, climbing, via-ferrata/cordata, hiking as well as aqua-rando, rafting and other associated disciplines, must comply with the safety conditions and read the general terms and conditions of sale:

How do I register?

Any person (except minors) must sign his or her name and surname on the service order form after approving the general terms and conditions of sale.
When you register directly with the "Bureau des Guides de Canyon", you must pay in full for the service.
On the website, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50 % of the total price of the activity. The balance must be received 7 days before the date of the chosen activity (please send us the booking form by email or post).
How do I cancel a registration?
If you have paid a deposit or the full price of the activity and you decide to cancel your booking, you must do so 7 days before the date on which you are due to take part in the activity (by post or e-mail). In this case, the deposit will be refunded.
If this period (of 7 days) is not respected, the deposit (50%) will not be returned.
If we are obliged to cancel a service for safety reasons, then the you will be reimbursed for the full cost of the service (without compensation).
Safety rules :
- Obligation to know how to swim for all participants wishing to take part in aquatic activities;
- Parental authorisation mandatory for minors under the age of 18 wishing to take part in the activities. Each guide in the canyoning guides' office reserves the right to decide on the minimum age for minors to take part in the activities;
- No medical contraindications or, if this is minimal, inform the guide;
- Compliance with safety instructions and the necessary equipment (sports shoes);
- The guide alone is responsible for initiating, continuing or stopping the activity.. Depending on the weather conditions, the fitness or health of the participants and any other parameters that it considers to be decisive.
